By attending the event or accessing the facilities, I understand and accept that my risk of contracting COVID-19 may increase. I acknowledge that neither the event/conference organizers nor The Mobile Sophisticate can guarantee that I will not contract COVID-19 while attending the event or accessing the facilities. Despite the potential risk, I voluntarily choose to attend the event and accept responsibility for any increased risk of exposure to COVID-19. I release The Mobile Sophisticate, their employees, directors, officers, and agents, as well as their heirs, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims that may arise from my attendance at the event or use of facilities, including claims related to exposure to COVID-19 and any resulting harm or injury, including death or permanent disability. I acknowledge and agree to comply with all procedures and guidelines designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19 during my attendance at the event.
