During her command at Austin & Associates, LLC, she started yet another venture, 123JobZone. This brainchild is a job board catering to small and medium-sized businesses.
Laticia’s latest entrepreneurial journey is a software development company, The Mobile Sophisticate. The Mobile Sophisticate supports businesses who desire to have a mobile application and responsive website work cohesively as an extension of the company’s brand. From this company, two platforms are in launch-stage: It’s a Real Date, a premier dating app, and Never Scene Cinema, the latest streaming platform designed for independent filmmakers.

2003
Training & Beyond, LLC
Launched in the Spring of 2003, Training & Beyond focused on providing software and soft skills training domestically and aboard. One of the most popular offers for this firm was to create internal SharePoints and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for organizations.

123JobZone, LLC
As demand grew to source projects for Austin & Associates, 123JobZone was birthed. This US-based job board platform became a great resource for both job seekers and employers.
2014
My Brand. My App. LLC
In 2014, the tech scene started to shift as so did we! After tremendous success with developing mobile app games, it became a dream to start developing apps for brands and companies to improve their engagement with their communities.
2019
The Mobile Sophisticate
In 2019, it became apparent that businesses need not only to focus on mobile apps but software technology. So The Mobile Sophisticate was created to focus on mobile technology and software solutions.

College Graduation
Graduated from Virginia State University with a BS Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. I stared my journey to show the world that technology really is that easy!

Since the year of 2020 keep people apart, Laticia decided what better time to bring people together then a dating website. Three niche based websites were launched; It’s A Real Date, CEO Dates and Black Plus Love.
